Material Handler – 2ndShift
Excellent Furst-to-Hire opportunity for severalMaterial Handlersto work on the 2ndshift at a leading Rockford steel company that has been in business in our community for over 80 years. The Material Handler is responsible for moving steel to staging areas manually and with a handheld overhead crane. TheMaterial Handlerposition provides a lot of overtime – a great way to make extra money! The ideal candidate must be able to work mandatory overtime when needed.
Hours: 3:30pm until the work is done – mandatory overtime
Pay: $17/hour,with shift differential once hired in

Material Handler Duties:
Operate overhead crane and mobile cranes
Machine operation
Move steel to staging areas manually and with a crane
Load and unload trucks or railroad cars
Material Handler Skills:
1-3 years forklift experience
Experience operating machines
Basic computer skills
Must be able to follow directions
Demonstrate ability to work safely and efficiently
Must be willing to work required overtime
