Material Handler Finished Goods – 1st shiftThe Finished Goods Material Handler is responsible for the accurate tracking, movement, and staging of finished products as they come off the production lines. This role ensures all packaging items are stocked and ready, inventory is accounted for, and finished goods are properly reconciled against raw materials used. This is a Direct Hire position.Shift: 1st 5am-3pm OT Monday-Thursday; OT on Fridays as neededPay: $17/hrBonus: Up to $2.00/hour weeklyBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, Flex Spending, 401(k), Vacation Finished Good Material Handler Responsibilities:Restock packaging items at the production windows as neededTake accurate inventory of finished goods as they exit the production roomsCommunicate with the Raw Materials Material Handler to reconcile input/output materials and minimize discrepanciesProvide accurate finished goods counts to the Foreman or Supervisor for data entry and traceabilityMove finished goods to cold storage or designated areas using forklifts or pallet jacksAssist with verifying and organizing goods for shipmentFollow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and traceability proceduresMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in the finished goods coolerFollow all safety protocols, GMPs, and company proceduresAssist the production or shipping & receiving teams when responsibilities are complete or caught up Finished Good Material Handler Requirements:1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, production, or material handling environment preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to remain composed in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentBasic math and computer/data entry skillsEffective verbal and written communication skillsMust be able to read and comprehend production documents, such as shop orders and labelsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shiftForklift certification a plusIf interested in the Material Handler Finished Goods position, please apply here.
