- Install, maintain, repair, and replace industrial processing and packaging machinery
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Provide technical support and leadership for equipment troubleshooting and modifications
- Initiate and participate in root cause analysis
- Perform both uptime and downtime preventive maintenance
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase platform performance
- Assist in training new employees
