You'll work independently in a fully equipped grooming van, serving clients across Johnson City, Kingsport, and Bristol. No kennel chaos. No back to back salon stress. Just you, the pets, and the work you love.

What You'll Bring:
- 1 year of professional pet grooming experience (required)
- Strong knowledge of breed specific cuts, coat types, and grooming techniques
- Experience handling dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and safely handle dogs of any size
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, self motivated, and detail oriented
- Leadership or mentoring experience a plus
- Pet grooming certification strongly preferred
- Full time availability preferred
