What You'll Do
- Greet and engage clients throughout our showroom and via phone, chat, and email.
- Understand each client’s style, needs, and budget to create customized design solutions.
- Provide product recommendations and thoughtful spatial planning.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through referrals, social media, and networking.
- Set and achieve monthly sales goals with support from leadership and ongoing training.
- Accurately enter and manage sales orders and ensure payment deposits are secured.
- Stay informed and inspired through regular product training and showroom updates.
- Deliver an elevated customer experience that reflects our world-class reputation.
Qualifications
Required:
- 1–3 years of B2C sales or customer engagement experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to prospect for new clients.
- Proven ability to work in a goal-oriented environment.
- Comfortable using platforms like email, social media, and basic CRM tools.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in retail or design.
- Experience in home furnishings or interior design.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry tools.
