Outlet City Furniture is hiring an experienced Full-Time Sales Associate for our Manchester showroom. This position is ideal for proven furniture sales professionals who are confident closers, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a performance-driven retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers through the full sales process, from greeting to closing
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge of furniture, mattresses, and financing options
- Meet or exceed individual sales and margin goals
- Accurately process sales, financing applications, and customer orders using POS systems
- Maintain showroom presentation, pricing tags, and floor displays
- Follow company policies, procedures, and sales guidelines
Requirements (Mandatory)
- Minimum of 2 years of furniture retail sales experience
- Proven ability to close sales in a commission-based environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, reliable, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
