Sales & Management Trainee Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Develop skills in retail sales, negotiation, and closing
- Learn store operations, team leadership, and business management
- Hit performance goals and grow into a leadership role
Warehouse / Delivery Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory and maintain warehouse organization
- Deliver and set up furniture in customers’ homes (Delivery role)
- Support store operations and logistics
