Furniture Repair Expert is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Canoga Park. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day communication with our warranty partners and customers, ensuring each service request is processed efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and schedule service appointments
- Complete and manage customer forms using our internal system
- Respond to customer inquiries and reviews on Yelp, Angi, and Google Business
- Support administrative and scheduling needs for field technicians
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Customer Service Specialist
- Strong computer skills, including macOS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Highly organized with strong multitasking and time-management skills
- Fluent in English (required); Armenian and/or Russian preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
