Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers on the showroom floor to understand their furniture needs and style preferences
- Guide customers through product selections, offering expert advice on furniture styles, fabrics, and finishes
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals and performance targets
- Build and maintain a loyal customer base through follow-ups and exceptional customer service
- Process sales transactions, financing applications, and customer orders accurately
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and inventory availability
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment
Requirements:
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred; furniture or home décor experience a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working on a commission-based structure
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills for processing orders and managing customer information
- High school diploma or equivalent required
