Compensation & Earnings Potential:
- Uncapped commission structure
- Top performers earn $100,000–$150,000 annually
- Average earnings: $60,000–$90,000
- Paid training ramp support to set you up for success
- High daily customer traffic = consistent sales opportunities
- Strong brand reputation and repeat/referral business
- Wide selection of products across multiple styles and price points
- Proven sales training and coaching to help you succeed

- Deliver a consultative, high-impact sales experience
- Build and maintain a pipeline of repeat and referral customers
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
- Own the full sales cycle—from first interaction to post-sale follow-up
