Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair various household appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers using detailed schematics and technical manuals
- Perform installation and setup of new appliances in customers’ homes or commercial settings with precision and care
- Conduct routine maintenance checks to prevent future breakdowns and extend appliance lifespan
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs performed, parts used, and follow-up requirements
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient scheduling, parts inventory management, and high-quality service delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience in appliance repair or as a service technician with a focus on electrical systems and mechanical components
- Strong understanding of schematics, wiring diagrams, and electrical troubleshooting techniques
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems, HVAC principles, and equipment repair is highly desirable
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to assemble appliances or replace parts accurately
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients
