Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is bilingual, has strong marketing knowledge, and is driven to achieve sales goals while providing excellent customer service. Experience in furniture, appliances, or retail sales is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Understand customer needs and recommend furniture, appliances, and electronics accordingly
Explain financing options clearly (No Credit Needed programs, payment plans, etc.)
Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals
Maintain product knowledge on all merchandise and promotions
Assist with marketing efforts such as in-store promotions, social media, and community outreach
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Maintain showroom cleanliness and proper product displays
Requirements:
Bilingual (English & Spanish required)
Previous sales experience preferred (furniture/appliances a plus)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic knowledge of marketing and ability to promote products
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
Flexible schedule, including weekends
