Furniture Sales Consultant

We are looking for a motivated, people-oriented Sales Consultant to join our growing team. You will help customers find the right mattress, furniture, and home accessories for their needs and budget. No prior furniture experience is required — we provide full product training and invest in your success from day one.

Responsibilities

·       Greet and assist customers throughout the showroom

·       Listen to customer needs and match them with the right products

·       Educate customers on mattress types, sleep health, and furniture options

·       Build long-term customer relationships through honest, no-pressure selling

·       Meet and exceed individual monthly sales goals

·       Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, brands, and promotions

Requirements

·       Positive, outgoing personality with strong people skills

·       Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset

·       Reliable, punctual, and professional

·       Ability to work weekends (required)

·       Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required — we will train the right candidate
