About the Role
Our Natick store is looking for an experienced retailer of upscale furniture to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Someone who is skilled at building trust and developing relationships on the showroom sales floor and able to operate strategically among shoppers to start and close sales cycles.
- Someone who has worked at Circle Furniture, Mitchell Gold, Boston Interiors, Cabot House, The Boston Design Center, Ethan Allen, and other similar stores. Understanding quality furniture and craftsmanship is very helpful in this role.
- Someone who can multi-task because we’re busy and we have to do many things at once! The time passes fast at FCG because the showroom is dynamic and our inventory is constantly changing. There’s always something new and there’s plenty to do.
- We have a perfect blend of new and regular customers who continually shop our stores to keep up with the constantly changing inventory. If you enjoy customer relationships, you will love this job!

Required Skills
- Experience in retail, particularly with upscale furniture.
- Ability to build trust and develop relationships with customers.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working at high-end furniture stores such as Mitchell Gold, Boston Interiors, Cabot House, The Boston Design Center, Ethan Allen, etc.
- Understanding of quality furniture and craftsmanship.
Pay range and compensation package
We offer competitive hourly pay $24-$28 per hour, monthly bonus based on store goals and benefits. We are closed on Sundays! Store hours are 10AM - 6PM. Looking for someone who can work 4-5 days with 6-8 hour shifts.
