Furniture Connection Clearance Center
Are you a people person with a passion for sales and customer service? Furniture Connection Clearance Center is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales & Customer Support Specialist to join our team!
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist customers in our clearance center, helping them find the perfect furniture at the best value
- Support customers through the entire sales process—from first hello to delivery follow-up
- Answer questions, handle service inquiries, and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Work closely with our team to meet and exceed sales goals
- Maintain showroom appearance and ensure a welcoming shopping environment
Requirements
What You’ll Do:

- Work closely with our team to meet and exceed sales goals

Schedule:
- Full-time, 5-day work week
- Mandatory weekends (our busiest and most rewarding days!)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting base pay: $11/hour
- 3% commission on all delivered sales
- Unlimited earning potential based on performance

What We’re Looking For:
- Outgoing, customer-focused personality
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance sales goals with excellent service
- Weekend availability required
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right candidate!
