We are growing and looking for a full-time Sales Associate for our Clearance Center in Clarksville. If you're upbeat, love talking to people, and want your hustle to show up in your paycheck, this role is for you.
As a Sales Associate, you provide customers with a unique shopping experience by offering excellent customer service. Utilize effective selling techniques and provide in-depth product knowledge in a fast-paced, specialty retail environment.

Requirements
What You'll Do:
- Greet customers, build rapport, and guide them through our sales process from start to finish
- Follow the sales process every time – no shortcuts
- Gather customer information whether a sale is made or not to ensure proper follow-up
- Check out your own customers at the register
- Answer phone calls as they come in (light call volume)
- Keep the sales floor looking great: straighten merchandise, tidy displays, basic store upkeep
- Help with load-outs and moving furniture on the floor (many items are floor models)
- Assist with basic cleaning, including restrooms and common areas
- Perform standard opening and closing procedures, including:
- Counting cash drawers
- Balancing at end of night
- Securing the store
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time.
· Ability to lift with assistance, heavy furniture, including but not limited to, full-sized couches, beds and recliners
Pay & Earning Potential:
- $15/hour guaranteed minimum pay
- Plus 3% commission on your personal sales
- Most team members earn $16-$19 an hour once trained and hitting goals
- Full-time position (approx. 40 hours/week)
This is a sales-based role- your effort, attitude, and ability to follow the sales process directly impacts what you earn.
Schedule:
Full-time- 5 days per week
Weekends required
Store hours:
Monday-Saturday 10:00 AM- 6:00 PM
Sunday 12-6 :00 PM
Exact Schedule will fall within these hours.

- Team player who pitches in with cleaning, organizing, and whatever the store needs
- Previous sales or retail experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
