Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate

Maui Bed Store (*_Furniture Connection Hawaii_*), is excited to announce a new opportunity for a Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver based out of our Kahului warehouse location.

We are currently hiring for multiple part-time positions, with potential full-time and salary position for good candidates. Shifts available are Monday-Friday, starting at 8-8:30am and on average 5-7 hours long (3-5/day set schedule for part-time positions).

We are the official wholesale supplier for Hawaii's Hotels, Resorts and Property Management Companies in the mattresses, furniture and accessories.

For the position of Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate, we are seeking motivated individuals to take charge of deliveries and warehousing. This role will fit a motivated individual, analytical thinker, someone physically strong and fit, and most importantly a detail oriented person that thrives in an independent / non micro-management environment. If you can read a playbook that's great but If you can make a playbook follow it, even better.

Responsibilities:

• Delivery/assembly/disposal of furniture and mattresses
• Manage warehousing/delivery/receiving operations
• Create efficient warehouse and delivery procedures
• Warehouse organization, inventory management
• Inventory receiving and processing
• Customer Service
• Maintain delivery vehicles, fuel, tools etc...

Requirements:

• Capable of lifting/loading/delivering/assembling heavy furniture and mattresses, in excellent physical shape
• Ability to use hand tools
• Must be available to start by 4/3/2025. We are looking to hire immediately.
• Must be available for a set 2 to 4/day schedule each week (min. two set days per week)
• Presently residing on Maui
• Clean Driving Abstract
• Detail oriented and goal driven
• Be organized and a self-starter
• Be a team player with a positive attitude

Pay and Benefits:

• Paid training period
• Health/Dental/Drug/Vision available following probationary training period for full-time employees.
• Starting pay is $25.00 to 32.50 per hour (depending on experience) tips bonus (bonus based on company wide goals). Potential for full-time and salary employment for motivated candidate.
