Now we’re looking for a sharp, solutions-driven Apartment Services Specialist to join our operations team in New York and help us deliver on our promise of exceptional service.What You’ll DoAs the Apartment Services Specialist, you’ll be critical in ensuring our apartments are guest-ready and operationally sound. On a typical day, you’ll work in our systems (Salesforce and Oscar) to manage arrivals, departures, and apartment statuses. You’ll coordinate housekeeping schedules, oversee utility and Wi-Fi setups, manage DirecTV access, and ensure vendor tasks are completed on time. You’ll also track parking reservations, respond to service requests, and collaborate with teams across the company to maintain our high service standards.Your responsibilities will include:Coordinating apartment setups, deconstructs, and daily readiness tasks across Core and Global marketsManaging housekeeping schedules and confirming clean statuses before arrivalsSetting up and maintaining utilities, Wi-Fi, and DirecTV accounts for each unitHandling guest parking logistics, reservations, and billing accuracyCommunicating with vendors and building staff to ensure timely access and service deliveryMonitoring and resolving maintenance issues with follow-through to completionUpdating systems like Salesforce and Oscar to reflect real-time apartment statusResponding to internal questions from Guest Services, Operations, Leasing, and AccountingParticipating in a rotating on-call schedule to support urgent after-hours needsWhat Makes This Role UniqueYou’ll work across departments—from Guest Services to Leasing to Accounting—on high-impact projectsYou’ll be empowered to own key operational workflows and relationships with vendors and building partnersYou’ll join a team that values Challenge, Collaboration, Care, Career, and CommunityYou’ll be based in our New York office, working with a supportive, passionate group that thrives on delivering excellenceWhat We’re Looking For3 years of experience in operations, hospitality, apartment management, or corporate housingStrong multitasking and problem-solving skills—especially when handling multiple requests and systems at onceA proactive communicator who thrives on organization and accountabilityFamiliarity with Salesforce, Oscar, and Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) is a big plusDaily use of Salesforce and Oscar is required to manage apartment readiness, guest services coordination, and internal task trackingFlexibility to work evenings and weekends as part of a rotating on-call schedulePerks & BenefitsCompetitive salary and paid time offMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchWellness program and employee assistance resourcesCareer growth opportunities within a supportive and inclusive teamWork Hours & LocationThis is a full-time, non-exempt position based in our New York Office.
