Position Title: Forklift Operator
Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive forklift – move materials
Q.C. Projects—sorting, cleaning, stripping
Repair and Sort Pallets - must be able to flip pallets with or without assistance
Hand load containers
Cleaning project as assigned to maintain BRC compliance.
Maintain a positive teamwork atmosphere by acting, communicating and helping co-workers.
Set the next shift up for success.
Effective cross-departmental communication.
All other jobs assigned by supervisor.
Maintain a clean work environment throughout shift. Area should be clean and fully stocked or prepared for the following shift.

Food safety is the responsibility of every employee. Any issues should be brought to the immediate attention of area supervisor or manager.

Salary: up to $20.08 per hour
Earn Bonus Incentives:
Differential for 2nd shift -$1.00 per hour
Attendance Bonus -$0.25 per hour
Documentation Bonus -$0.25 per hour
Learning the different routes of the forklift earn up to an additional $0.34 per hour.

Work Schedule:
Hours: 2nd Shift - 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
20 minutes paid lunch
This position typically follows the hours of the shift scheduled to work; however, working days may vary based on season.
Typically, Monday through Friday. Very often Saturday. 12 hours Shifts may be required during busy times.
Saturdays can be made mandatory based on labeling, shipping or other operational needs. Expect Saturday work Sept-Dec.
Note: (Specific Training will be 1st shift 7am-3pm for up to 17 days)
