Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments
- Verify insurance information and assist with patient accounts
- Maintain accurate patient records and office documentation
- Process patient check-in and check-out efficiently
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment, appointments, and financial information
- Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Perform general administrative and front office duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email and supporting client communication efforts
Skills
- Previous dental administrative experience is required
- Proficiency with Eaglesoft dental practice management software is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and tools for document creation, spreadsheets, and email management.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment
- Effective phone communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- Strong organizational skills combined with time management abilities to handle multiple responsibilities seamlessly
- Technical proficiency with computers
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy, patient-focused environment
