primary resource, point of contact, and decision-maker for maintenance
issues. Requirements Key Responsibilities: \* Support building the
maintenance team\'s technical & functional capabilities. \* Lead and
support the strategic performance development of the maintenance team to
continually improve maintenance strategies and equipment efficiencies.
\* Oversee preventive, predictive maintenance, MRO Inventory control and
planning. \* Improve reliability of production lines & ensuring
machinery downtimes are reduced. \* Support teamwork between maintenance
