Role Snapshot Operate and fine-tune high-speed packaging and production equipment to meet plan.Perform setups, changeovers, and adjustments to maintain optimal performance.Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues; perform cleaning, lubrication, inspections, and basic repairs.Support preventive maintenance and partner closely with the Packaging Lead and Maintenance Team.Comply with OSHA, GMP, SQF, and HACCP; actively participate in safety programs and hazard reporting.Capture downtime, repairs, and performance in CMMS (EAM); report throughput, materials, and waste. Measures of Impact (KPIs) Equipment Uptime — Reduce downtime and increase line availability.Production Efficiency — Achieve or surpass output targets.Safety Compliance — Meet rigorous safety and food safety standards.Operational Reliability — Anticipate issues and drive improvements. What You Bring 1–2 years of manufacturing experience (high-speed packaging preferred).Hands-on skill with minor mechanical repairs and adjustments.Detail orientation and strong problem-solving mindset.Experience with high-speed equipment and maintenance tools.CMMS (EAM) familiarity preferred.High School diploma or GED; technical coursework is a plus.English proficiency (written and verbal).Bonus: Bilingual English/Spanish.
