GENERAL FUNCTION
As the keyholder, your role is elevated by the ability to be responsive to store needs and deliver thoughtful and authentic customer service. MAJOR DUITES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for achieving individual sales goals and clientele goals set by storemanagement.
- Responsible for opening/closing of store, cash handling procedures, bank deposits, and paperwork
- Demonstrate a complete knowledge of the merchandises’ features and benefits to maximize the salesopportunity
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the store whilecomplying withcompany policies andprocedures
- Develop customer relationships and nurture repeatbusiness
- Have computer skills tooperatethe POS register and emailsystems
- Safeguard the store’s inventory by adherence to the company’s loss preventionprogram
- Maintain a professional, organized and well merchandised salesfloor
- Follow all store operational policies andprocedures
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of sales/keyholder experience for luxury products
- Ability to provide high performing clientexperience
- Technologically savvy individual with an entrepreneurial spiritincluding being sales/goalsdriven
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)required
- Willing to work nights, weekends, andholidays
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong orientation towards providing excellent customerservice
- High attention to detail
- Demonstrated sellingskills
- Ability tomaintaina professionalappearance
- Must be able to lift,carryand move objects weighing up to 15 pounds up/down stairswith or without a ladder.
