Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Office Manager to lead the administrative and financial operations in our small Construction Company. This role involves overseeing fiscal responsibilities, human resources, administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in office management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee fiscal management tasks such as budgeting, financial reporting, billing processes, and expense control using systems like, Quick Books, Master Builder.
- Work with our web site updating regularly
- Keep track of licenses, and continuing education for field staff
- Manage all vehicle / trailer registrations, manage KDOT requirements.
- Work directly with business development initiatives and advertisements.
- Work directly with the CEO for quarterly statements.
- Requirements
- Demonstrated supervisory experience overseeing administrative tasks
- Proficiency with microsoft programs
- Knowledge of fiscal management including budgeting, financial analysis, and billing processes.
- Familiarity with construction processes would be a help.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with staff, vendors and customers.
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
