TEAM LEADER OPPORTUNITY
FunZ Trampoline Park
We're also looking for experienced Team Leaders who are ready to take the next step in their leadership journey!
The Team Leader is a hands-on supervisory and support position that reports directly to Management. Team Leaders help keep the park running smoothly while supporting, coaching, and leading our team members.
* Team Leader Responsibilities *
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming park
- Ensuring park rules and safety procedures are consistently followed
- Supporting all departments in Management's absence
- Verifying reservations and other billing information for accuracy
- Cross-training in all departments
- Ensuring team members are working efficiently and positively
- Training new employees
- Providing ongoing coaching and employee development
- Assisting Management with employee discipline when necessary
- Managing employee break schedules
- Ensuring applicable laws, policies, and regulations are followed
- Responding to and reporting injuries and incidents promptly and appropriately
- Supporting Management with daily park operations and other assigned responsibilities
* Experience Required *
Previous supervisory experience overseeing staff is required.

* Active & Hands-On Position *
Team Leaders are constantly moving throughout the park. This position requires:
- Extended periods on your feet
- Frequent walking throughout the facility
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfort working around loud music and an energetic environment
- The ability to adapt quickly to changing situations
* Departments You'll Help Lead *
Team Leaders may oversee and support:
- Court Monitors
- Party Hosts
- Front Desk Agents
- Redemption Staff
