Luxury Vacation Rental Reservation Agent

FunVacay is looking to hire a guest services agent who lives in Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, Freeport, DeFuniak Springs or the west end of PCB. WORK WEEK: FRIDAY through TUESDAY. Days OFF are Wednesday and Thursday.

FunVacay, LLC is a Full Service, Luxury Vacation Rental Management Company providing unsurpassed boutique management services to premium properties in Destin, Miramar Beach, and along 30A.

WORK WEEK: Friday through Tuesday. Days off are Wednesday and Thursday. We are currently looking to hire a Reservation Agent who shares the same mission and values as FunVacay. The right candidate should be highly motivated, organized, task-orientated, & professional - all while providing accurate and efficient customer service to potential and current guests. The ideal candidate should also be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and maintain professionalism while handling a fast-paced environment.

While not required, the preferred candidate should have previous work experience in reservations, hospitality, and/or customer service. Standard computer knowledge and skills are a must. Experience in Escapia, Breezeway, or other booking platforms are a plus.

• Communication – Answering incoming phone calls and addressing any guest inquiries through telephone, guest messaging, email, and in person inquiries
• Creating reservations through specialized company software
• Maintaining knowledge of our luxury properties, their locations/communities, amenities, services, and rates
• Adhering to company policies, rules, and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
• WORK WEEK INCLUDES THURSDAY THROUGH MONDAY. Days off are Tuesday and Wednesday.
