Location: Funtopia Glenview

Pay: $21–$24 per hour (based on experience)

Overview

Funtopia Glenview is seeking a motivated Programs & Events Supervisor to lead our kids programs and special events. This role focuses on the execution of Little Climbers, After-School Programs, and seasonal or themed events, ensuring a fun, safe, and well-organized experience for children and families.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee daily execution of Little Climbers and After-School Programs

· Supervise and support program coaches and event staff

· Coordinate schedules, activities, and staffing

· Plan and execute special events and themed weekends

· Lead pre-program and pre-event staff briefings

· Ensure safety standards and program quality are met

· Serve as the main point of contact for parents during programs and events

· Provide feedback and updates to management

Qualifications

· Experience working with children in programs, camps, sports, or education

· Strong leadership and organizational skills

· Comfortable managing groups and multiple activities at once

· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

· Availability for afternoons, evenings, weekends, and special events

· Background in climbing, sports, or recreation is a plus

Growth Path: Assistant Manager Track

This role is designed as a stepping stone toward an Assistant Manager position. High-performing supervisors may progress into an Assistant Manager role with increased responsibility in operations, staff leadership, scheduling, and event strategy.
