CLIMB LAB COACH / INSTRUCTOR

We’re looking for passionate individuals to join our team as Climb Lab Coaches, helping kids build confidence, strength, and life skills through movement and climbing.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Coach small groups of kids (ages vary) through structured climbing sessions
- Lead warm-ups, drills, and games
- Teach movement, coordination, and confidence
- Create a positive, safe, and engaging environment
- Encourage and motivate every child
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You are:
- Energetic, upbeat, and positive
- Great with kids and patient
- Reliable and professional
- A strong communicator
- Passionate about fitness, sports, or helping others
Bonus (not required):
- Coaching, teaching, or childcare experience
- Fitness, sports, or climbing background
WE’LL TRAIN YOU
No experience? No problem.
We provide full training on:
- Our coaching system
- Class structure and flow
- How to work with kids of all levels
SCHEDULE
- Part-time / full time-(with opportunity to grow)
- Need to be available weekdays
