Funtastic Gymnastics is seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our gymnastics school. This role is essential in ensuring excellent customer service, smooth administrative operations, and a positive experience for clients and guests. We are located at 1475 Moffat Blvd #7, Manteca, CA

Essential Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries, registrations, scheduling, and payments.
- Process memberships, manage attendance, and maintain accurate billing records.
- Answer phones, emails, and other communications professionally.
- Provide information on programs, pricing, and upcoming events.
- Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming facility.
- Coordinate with coaches and staff for daily operational needs.
- Support class enrollment, monitor rosters, and assist in filling open class spots.
- Manage office communications, signage, and informational materials.
- Coordinate and support special events as needed.
- Train new staff on office procedures and maintain an accurate Office Handbook.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Oversee basic operations in the absence of management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency (registrations, emails, payment processing).
- At least one year of office or customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, welcoming demeanor and a professional attitude.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Must obtain and maintain valid CPR/AED/First Aid certification (cost paid by employer).
- Must complete a Department of Justice Live Scan and Child Abuse Central Index background check with clear results, as required by California law for roles with minors (AB 506).

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with gymnastics programs or willingness to learn quickly.
- Previous experience coordinating events or staff training.
Schedule & Flexibility
- Core schedule: Monday–Friday, 1 pm–7 pm.
- Must be available for occasional Saturday shifts and additional/extended hours during events, projects, or in coverage situations.
Career Path & Growth Opportunity
- This is initially a part-time position with strong potential to expand into a full-time role, as you take on additional responsibilities and support larger events or seasonal programming.
Salary: $20 - $24 per hour depending on experience
