Job Summary
Funtastics Gymnastics is looking for an energetic, reliable, kid-loving team member to support our toddler, preschool, and beginner youth programs. This role includes movement classes, free-play sessions, and beginner gymnastics activities.
If you enjoy being active, playful, and helping kids feel safe and confident, this is the perfect job. No gymnastics experience required — we’ll train you!

Flexible Schedule Options
We are hiring for multiple shifts and are flexible — you can take some or all of the following hours depending on your availability:
Available Shifts:
- Tuesday: 9:00–11:00 AM
- Tuesday: 4:00–6:00 PM
- Wednesday: 4:00–6:00 PM
- Thursday: 4:00–6:00 PM
- Monday (optional): 4:00–6:00 PM
- Friday (optional): 9:00–11:00 AM

Ideal for college students, early childhood educators, parents with school-age kids, retired teachers, or anyone seeking meaningful part-time work with flexibility.
Duties
- Supervise and engage children ages 2.5–7 during movement classes and free-play
- Lead fun, age-appropriate activities (games, obstacle courses, stations, beginner skills)
- Support simple beginner gymnastics fundamentals (training provided)
- Create a safe, welcoming, positive class environment
- Help manage transitions and support class flow
- Set up and break down equipment
- Communicate kindly and professionally with parents and staff
- Assist with keeping the gym clean, organized, and kid-ready
Requirements
- Must enjoy working with young children
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable leading groups
- Friendly, energetic, and safety-focused
- Able to move with the kids and lift light equipment
- Experience in childcare, sports, dance, coaching, or youth programs is helpful but not required
- Willing to complete paid training
- CORI/Background check required
