Job Description:
Funrise is looking for a results-driven sales professional with experience leading sales, product strategy and execution for toy products to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of marketing and finance that enables successful sales strategy with a focus on profitability. This is an exceptional opportunity for growth within a small knit team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving sales at Walmart & Sam’s Club
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales goals
- Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with buyers, planners and management at Walmart to better understand alignment of business objectives and needs
- Deep understanding of industry-specific trends and landscapes to align our portfolio of products with account needs
- Increase market share at customer by maximizing in-aisle and feature space
- Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals
- Attend toy shows and preview shows and be knowledgeable of brand and product lines
Requirments:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3 years selling into toy department at Walmart
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Understanding of how to position products against competitors
- Ability to build positive and strong long-term relationships with the account and exert influence
- Proven ability to effectively manage national account and exceed sales forecasts
- Experienced at forecasting and planning
- Retail Link, Item 360 & Scintilla proficient
- Results driven with emphasis on sales metrics achievement
Pay: $140,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
