As a Project Consultant, you’ll own a territory like a business owner. You’ll generate opportunities, run estimates, sell profitable work, and drive production-ready jobs into the pipeline.

Compensation & Opportunity
$150,000 realistic for a high performer in year one
$500,000 possible over the first 3 years combined for top-tier performers

Manage a pipeline of residential painting projects
Run in-home consultations and create accurate, confident proposals
Close profitable work
Communicate clean handoffs to operations so jobs run smoothly
Hit weekly activity targets and monthly revenue goals
