The Mobile Marketing specialist will own day-to-day execution and optimization of the SMS and App (Push and in-app notifications) program across Funko.com, Loungefly.com, while supporting Global Counterparts on related channels like WhatsApp. The role blends creative storytelling and analytical thinking – leveraging mobile-first strategies to reach our fans where they are. You’ll manage segmentation, flows, capture strategy, testing and reporting to drive engagement through our mobile ecosystem.

What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute monthly mobile marketing calendar, aligning to business needs such as promotions, big bet campaigns and more
- Partner with analytics team and work withing our CDP to build personalized and segmented messaging that reflects consumer behavior and preferences
- Work with Lifecyle Automations Specialist to integrate mobile app automations across the customer journey with both standing and new flows
- Scale current segmentation and dynamic targeting efforts
- Develop and manage A/B Testing roadmap and optimize based on test learnings
- Work within a set monthly budget, and make informed decisions to maximize ROI
- Define KPIs and reporting framework around mobile marketing for both SMS and App
- Represent mobile marketing in cross functional and team meetings
- Lead onsite capture strategy for SMS signups and work closely with brand marketing team on SMS signups against integrated marketing campaigns
- Support CRM Team as needed on planning, ticketing, creative briefs and more
- Hands-on experience with SMS programs such as Wunderkind, Yotpo or Attentive
- Experience working within SMS and app automations, segmentation and onsite capture flows
- Proficiency in GA4 or like analytics programs and building reporting wireframes. Ability to uncover insights and trends
- Comfort presenting findings to leadership
- Strong cross functional communication and project management skills
- Enthusiasm working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Experience working in ecommerce, collectibles or licensed goods a PLUS!
