What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Fundermax North America?
Summary: Provide consultation service to customers by answering, handling and resolving customer questions, requests, issues, complaints, etc. Maintain customer information to assure proper customer records. Notify the appropriate teams to correct missing data and/or improper system operation.
Essential Functions:
• Assist Regional Sales Managers with quotes
• Enter customer purchase orders for interior sector
• Be the backup for exterior and lab sectors
• Verify pricing
• Assist with interior inventory management
• Process samples
• Manage sample inventory and process orders
• Send marketing information via UPS/USPS to customers/architects
• Maintain customer files in CRM and Outlook
• Input AIA Training and create certificates
• Verify shipments
• Perform invoicing
• Assist with logistics and act as backup to Logistics Manager
• Review pending order status twice per week

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have excellent technical skills, proficient in the use of CRM system and MS Office with strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook competency.
