Duties & Responsibilities
- You will repair and maintain all painted, drywall surfaces, masonry surfaces and popcorn ceilings
- You will maintain inventory of supplies for painting and repairs
- Preserves trim, flooring, furniture and other surfaces with masking tape, drop cloths and other protective coverings to keep them free of paint.
- Prepares surfaces for painting by cleaning, filling holes and cracks with putty, and sanding until smooth.
- Cleaning machines, equipment and work areas using water, solvents and other cleaning aids.
- High school graduate or GED
- Must have 3 years of experience in painting, plaster, drywall repair and finishing
- Must have proven attention to detail in finished work
- Proven organizational skills coupled with exceptional customer service
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Must have reliable source of transportation and valid driver’s license
- Must be able to travel locally, as needed
- Background check required
