Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for children with behavioral health needs. This role is crucial in providing patient care, supporting the development of care plans, and ensuring accurate medical documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and a passion for making a positive impact in their lives.
Duties
- Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising BCBA.
- Provide direct patient care to children, focusing on behavioral health and development.
- Assist in the collection and analysis of data related to behavior and progress.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation as required.
- Educate families and caregivers on strategies to support their child's development.
- Collaborate with other professionals involved in the child's care, including special education staff.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Skills
- Strong understanding of patient care principles and practices.
- Knowledge of behavioral health concepts and interventions.
- Experience in developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs.
