Position Summary
Fundamental Clinical & Operational Services, LLC, is seeking a talented Clinical Services Director (Regional Nurse Consultant) to provide consultation and support to a number of client centers located in South Carolina (must live in South Carolina)
Full-time benefits start on the first day of the month following your start date!
Posted Salary Range
USD $115,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 /Yr.Duties & Responsibilities
The Regional Nurse Consultant will work directly with client centers on system implementation/evaluation. Reviewing compliance with all appropriate state, federal guidelines/regulations, in accordance with established company policies and procedures. Works with all facility departments to assist in planning, implementing and evaluating patient/resident centered programming. Assists facilities with the interpretation and implementation of policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Ideal candidate must be a skilled communicator, director and motivator. Able to organize and prioritize many tasks effectively.
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role; must have Skilled Nursing (long term care experience - Director of Nursing experience required).
- Previous Nurse Consultant experience highly preferred.
- Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (RN) , BSN with a valid RN license.
- Must be willing to travel to assigned facilities by personal automobile or by air - overnight travel may be required.
- Reliable transportation required
