Position Summary
Mock Survey Team Lead – RN (Long Term Care)
Fundamental Clinical & Operational Services, LLC is searching for an experienced Nurse Consultant to lead our Mock Survey team. The Mock Survey Team Lead will provide leadership and consultation to a number of client skilled nursing centers in multiple states

Posted Salary Range
USD $120,000.00 - USD $130,000.00 /Yr.Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinates on-site surveys with clinical and multi-disciplinary team, mock surveys, and consultations
- Prepares and presents reports on compliance status
- Participates with organization sustainability plan for ongoing readiness in conjunction with the regulatory team and SVP Clinical Services
- Develops methodologies and activities to support departments in achieving and exceeding continual compliance requirements in conjunction with the Director of Regulatory Compliance and SVP Clinical Services.
- Creates effective reports to summarize mock survey findings with corrective action plan recommendations as applicable.
- Provides constructive feedback to clients in a professional manner related to clinical systems and potential opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements
Requirements:
- RN required (BSN) bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5 years of long term care management in multi-site consulting role preferred
- Current compliance experience with standards, requirements, and regulations, the Centers for Medicare, and Medicaid Services (CMS), including CMS Conditions of Participation and State survey process
- Experience in project management, group facilitation, and leadership group presentations preferred
- Must be able to adapt to change and adjust job responsibilities as the organization and outside regulatory agencies mandate. Must possess a solid understanding of team dynamics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and relationship building
- Must have superior communication skills and the ability to organize and prioritize many tasks effectively
Must live close to major airport and be willing to travel weekly – overnight travel will be required.
