Speech Language Pathologist

Functional Pathways is currently hiring at Rogue Valley Manor in Medford, OR, for a PRN Speech Language Pathologist.  This role will support our growing caseload, offers a flexible schedule - either part-time or PRN status.  Part-time status provides paid time off, 401(k) with company match, unlimited CEUs, state license reimbursement, promotion and advancement opportunities, student intern program, employee referral bonus program and employee discounts.

Job Summary: SLP shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.  

Education and Licensure: 

• Must have a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.   

• ASHA (CCC) Certification

• Active state license required.
