Overview:
We are currently looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at our Shreveport Clinic. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting patients on their journey to recovery and improved mobility. This position offers competitive compensation and the opportunity to work one-on-one with patients to enhance their quality of life. You will see a maximum of 8 patients per day.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and addressing patients' goals and needs under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Provide cost-effective treatments to enhance patients' motion and mobility.
- Support in reducing the reliance on medications and exploring non-surgical alternatives for improved outcomes.
- Aid in developing personalized care plans utilizing various treatment techniques.
- Collaborate in designing fitness and wellness programs tailored to individual patient requirements.
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care using proven interventions.
- Encourage and motivate patients throughout treatment to optimize their functionality.
- Contribute to promoting a healthy lifestyle by enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
