Role Overview
A rapidly growing, multi-location retail organization in Texas is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and support administrative, HR, accounting, and compliance functions at a dealership location. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and seamless internal communication.

How You’ll Make an Impact
Office & Administrative Operations
Manage daily office operations, clerical duties, and recordkeeping
Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
Oversee reception operations, including scheduling and coverage as needed
Title, Registration & Documentation
Process all new and used vehicle title and registration documentation
Submit completed paperwork to appropriate tax offices and agencies
Handle out-of-state title transfers in compliance with regulations
Ensure all documentation is accurate, timely, and properly filed
Employee & HR Support
Serve as a liaison between employees and Human Resources
Facilitate new hire onboarding and benefits orientation
Ensure accuracy and submission of new hire paperwork, timecards, and incident reports
Process corrective action documentation as required
Financial & Deal Support
Perform bookkeeping tasks and maintain petty cash records
Manage accounts payable and credit card tracking
Handle cash management, deal posting, and payoff documentation
Compliance & Reporting
Review and post all deals for accuracy
Print commission reports and maintain trade title records
Process external incentive programs and required documentation
Support audits and compliance initiatives in collaboration with leadership
Additional Support Functions
Provide administrative and compliance support to dealership leadership
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent required
2 years of office management or administrative experience preferred
Knowledge of office procedures, recordkeeping, and compliance processes
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Typing speed of at least 50 WPM
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
Leadership & Collaboration
No direct supervisory responsibility
May provide informal guidance to administrative or reception staff
Work Environment & Physical Demands
Ability to sit for extended periods and work at a computer
Occasional standing and walking
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
