Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Weekend Supervisor to oversee operations during the weekend shifts at Fun Run. This role is essential in ensuring that the facility runs smoothly, staff are effectively managed, and customers receive exceptional service.
Hours can be every weekend or every other weekend.
Weekend shifts:
Saturday: 10-5:30 pm or 11-6:30, or 12-7 (shifts vary pending birthday party schedules)
Sunday: 11-5:30 or 11:30-6 pm

Responsibilities
**This posting is for the Blue Springs, MO location. **
- Supervise weekend staff to ensure efficient operations and high levels of customer service.
- Ability to multi-task including cleaning, customer service, food handling and other activities. Must be physically fit to stand for prolonged periods of time in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong focus on upkeep of the equipment and facility throughout the day.
- Ability to oversee birthday parties to ensure all activities and events run smoothly.
- Manage shift schedules and oversee payroll for weekend employees.
- Address any customer inquiries or issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with facility rules to ensure safety of all patrons.
- Assist with administrative tasks including reporting and documentation.
- Must be able to stand on feet for prolonged periods of time. Ability to crawl through inflatables and sky maze to sanitize.
Skills
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of employees.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.
- Experience in training development to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment.
