We're looking for a detail-oriented and creative Graphics and Event Sales Coordinator to join our team and help bring our clients' visions to life.
Job Summary
This role is responsible for coordinating and creating branded graphics, managing client communications, and supporting event logistics. You'll work closely with our design, sales, and operations teams to ensure every event is executed flawlessly—from mockups to delivery.
Responsibilities
Graphics & Branding
- Organize, manage and create branding mockups and graphic design requests.
- Coordinate with designers and vendors for printing and production.
- Operate Large Format printer & cutter
- Review and approve final artwork before production.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to event locations.
Sales & Client Coordination
- Serve as a point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process.
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and invoices.
- Confirm event details, branding specs, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain CRM records and track sales leads.
Event Logistics
- Coordinate delivery schedules and setup details with clients and internal teams.
- Work with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth dispatch.
- Conduct site visits and assist with on-site setup and breakdown as needed.
- Maintain regular office hours and support day-to-day operations.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM systems and project management tools is a plus.
