Duties
- Lead and coordinate parts inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of automotive parts and supplies
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, and oversee procurement activities to ensure cost-effective sourcing

- Oversee warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, equipment repair, and warehouse organization
- Ensure accurate data entry related to inventory control, procurement records, and logistics documentation
- Collaborate with marine service teams to support OEM specifications and dealership requirements
- Monitor supply chain performance metrics to optimize procurement strategies and reduce lead times

- Implement best practices for inventory management, demand planning, and logistics to improve overall efficiency
- Support customer service initiatives by ensuring the availability of parts for repairs and maintenance
Requirements
- Proven experience in supply chain management, procurement management, or warehouse management within service related industries
- working knowledge of all aspects of the marine industry, parts, accessories, electronics.
- Must have positive approach and developed skills with public interactions.
- Knowledge of sourcing strategies, negotiation techniques, and demand planning processes
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; prior forklift certification is a plus
- Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures, logistics coordination, and procurement processes
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and order processing
- Customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams
- Dealership experience or OEM parts knowledge is highly desirable
- Mechanical aptitude combined with experience in marine service or repair will be advantageous
