What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Leader position at Fun City Trampoline Park?
Fun City is hiring for a Team Leader!
This is a supervisory and a supportive position that reports to Management. Previous Supervisory experience overseeing staff is required. Please do not apply for this role if you do not have the experience.
Duties include and are not limited to:
Ensure that the building is distinctly clean, Enforce park rules are being followed.
Maintaining Park safety, etc.
Oversee all depts in Management's absence.
Verify reservations and other billings are accurate and all other duties as assigned by Management.
Cross training in all depts required.
Ensure team members are working efficiently and positively.
Train new employees. Ongoing training and discipline of employees.
Managing break times. Ensure all laws and regulations are being adhered to.
Respond and Report regarding injuries or incidences in a timely manner.
Positive attitude and friendly demeanor required for all positions. Plays well with others and is a great role model for the team.
This is a mobile position. Will be on your feet for long periods. At times lifting up to 50lbs.
This position oversees Court Monitors, Party Hosts, Front Desk agents & Redemption
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
