Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Fun Bungee Operator to lead thrilling bungee jumping experiences
Duties
- Operate the bungee jumping equipment safely, following strict safety protocols and operational procedures
- Assist guests with harnessing, safety checks, and providing clear instructions before their jump
- Manage guest flow, ensuring smooth scheduling and timely jumps to maximize guest satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and creating a fun environment
- Conduct routine equipment inspections, manual handling of gear, and maintenance checks to ensure safety standards are met
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems for ticketing or souvenir sales
- Enforce safety rules and manage conflict resolution if any issues arise during operations or guest interactions
Experience
- Prior experience in event management
- Demonstrated ability to manage conflicts calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is required; additional safety training will be provided if needed
- Experience working with children and providing guest services enhances your ability to connect with diverse audiences
- Background in retail sales, food service, or theater can be beneficial for engaging guests and managing multiple responsibilities
- Familiarity with public speaking helps in giving clear instructions and ensuring guest confidence during jumps
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, manual handling, and outdoor work for extended periods is essential
