fun abounds is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant to support the daily operations of our commercial playground company. This role plays a key part in keeping our office organized and running efficiently while supporting our operations and sales teams behind the scenes.
Responsibilities & Duties· Perform general administrative tasks including scanning, filing, and organizing project documents
· Maintain organized records for projects, bids, proposals, and client files
· Assist with office organization and upkeep to ensure a clean, efficient workspace
· Support the Operations Manager and team with day-to-day administrative tasks
· Run occasional business-related errands (picking up supplies, deliveries, etc.)
· Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner
· Assist with data entry and tracking information in systems such as Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, or CRM tools
· Monitor and restock office supplies, product catalogs, and sample materials
· Support overall team needs to help ensure smooth office operations
Qualifications· Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-based environment
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); QuickBooks or HubSpot experience is a plus
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
· Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
· Self-starter with a willingness to learn and grow
· Reliable transportation for occasional errands
Schedule & CompensationPart-time (flexible hours based on business needs) – Up to 20 hours per week
Pay Range of $13-$18/hour based on experience
