Hookah Lounge Manager / Hookah SpecialistLocation: Schaumburg, IL
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys hookah and wants to turn that passion into a career. No professional hookah-making experience is required—we’ll provide full training. If you’re reliable, hardworking, and enjoy creating a great customer experience, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality hookahs
- Learn our premium packing and heat management techniques (training provided)
- Help manage daily lounge operations
- Assist guests with flavor recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hookah station
- Ensure guests receive excellent customer service
- Help open and close the lounge when needed
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years old
- Must have experience smoking hookah and be familiar with different flavors
- Willing to learn and follow our hookah preparation standards
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and late nights
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Previous hookah lounge or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
