This is a Secondary School Art/Drama teaching position.

GA Teaching certification is preferred. (From January 2026 - May 2026)

Fulton Science Academy Private School is hiring a Secondary Art/Drama Teacher for the 2025-2026 academic school year (Current School Year). Fulton Science Academy primarily serves advanced and gifted students and prides itself on providing a working atmosphere for our teachers to grow as professionals and individuals.

The candidate hired for this position will be expected to provide a student centered, supportive classroom environment aimed to help students achieve success. The classroom environment established should be one that balances students’ academic and social emotional needs in alignment with Fulton Science Academy’s core values.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree

Preferred:

• Teaching experience in Art/Drama
• Gifted endorsement

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Teaching Art/Drama to Middle and High School Students
• Show evidence of differentiated instruction for all students by incorporating strategies for engagement, rigor, and climate and culture within the classroom.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in the classroom and workplace.
• Develop and maintain genuine, positive and consistent communication with parents, faculty and staff.
• Work collaboratively with Art Department and Secondary team colleagues.
• Contribute to and benefit from the school community.
• Practice professionalism through ongoing professional development, reflection and continuous improvement.
• Other duties as assigned.

Working hours: 7:10am - 4:05pm
Salary: $ 225 per day
