Junior Account Manager – Independent Specialty Retail

We’re hiring a Junior Account Manager – Independent Specialty Retail to manage wholesale accounts, drive revenue growth, and build strong strategic partnerships. You’ll manage day-to-day account relationships, present seasonal assortments, oversee the full order lifecycle, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure outstanding account performance.

How You’ll Contribute (Day-to-Day):
- Independent Specialty Account Management: Build and maintain strong business relationships with current accounts
- New Account Development: Reach out to leads from tradeshows, prospect new specialty retailers, and manage incoming account inquiries via our account Typeform
- Order Lifecycle Management: Oversee orders from sales order to invoice
- Tradeshow Support: Assist in planning for and attending multiple tradeshows each year to represent the brand and support account growth
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Entry-level experience through internships in wholesale, retail, or buying is a plus
- Strong ability to build new relationships, identify opportunities, and support account growth
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Competitive, high-achieving work ethic and a drive to exceed goals
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment while interacting with a variety of retail partners
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Willingness to travel up to 20% for trade shows and other related events
- Ability to safely lift, carry, and transport sales and merchandising materials and product inventory weighing up to 50 lbs
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States
Bonus Skills:
- Experience working with independent specialty retailers or luxury distribution
- Background in fragrance, beauty, grooming, or adjacent categories
- Experience supporting in-store trainings, brand education, or retail events
- Apparel or luxury experience a plus
